Who is a Trade Specialty or Subcontractor Member?
Trade Specialty members are companies that provide construction services (in all areas and divisions) to the residential and commercial markets, as well as the government, public, and private sectors. A Trade Specialty or Subcontractor is hired directly by a General Contractor or Project Managers at risk to undertake certain aspects of a building project.
Who is a General Contractor Member?
General Contractor members are licensed in the State of Georgia (other States might be accepted) under any of the three types, Residential, Light Commercial, and Commercial. General Contractors provide service to Owners, Investors, Government, and Private Companies, and they are responsible for overseeing the entire scope of the project from beginning to end.
Who is an Associate Member?
An Associate Member is a company or an individual that offers services and products to construction companies (Trade Specialty and General Contractors). Associate Members can be Industry Professionals, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Tool, and Materials Manufacturers and Vendors, Legal and Accounting, Project Management Firms, Marketing, and Web design, to name a few.

Trade Specialty Tier I ($250 Annually)
Trade Specialty Tier II ($500 Annually)
Trade Specialty Tier I are considered companies with under $499K in annual revenues. Trade Specialty Tier II are considered companies with annual revenues above $500K

Designed for companies seeking to connect and offer their services to GHCA members and the broader community.
Associate Services Plus For established service firms with revenues over $400K looking for stronger visibility, partnerships, and opportunities to connect and offer services to the GHCA network and wider community.
